PUBLIC COMMENT
Chief Probation Officer John Moshier gave a synopsis of the many duties of the Probation Department. He said he is fortunate to have an experienced staff to oversee all aspects of probation, parole, ARD and Trailblazers. He noted that the Community Service Program, through which court-ordered offenders work in public service capacities, has expanded in recent years.

NEW BUSINESS
Sealed bids for the roof project Potter County Human Services Building were opened. General Roofing & Heating Co. Inc. had a base bid of $292,000; RLS Construction/Signet Construction had a base bid of $170,160. Comm. Heimel moved to table for review. Comm. Kefover seconded. Morley yes; Heimel yes; Kefover yes.
RESOLUTION #2 – 2011, which deals with Section 3 Plan of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 for compliance with the federal program administered by the Potter County Redevelopment Authority, was proposed for adoption. Comm. Heimel moved to approve. Comm. Kefover seconded. Morley yes; Heimel yes; Kefover yes.
Coudersport Area School Superintendent Alanna Huck resigned from the Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs Advisory Board. Comm. Kefover moved to accept. Comm. Heimel seconded. Morley yes; Heimel yes; Kefover yes.
Steve Mongillo, Coudersport High School Principal, is proposed to succeed Mrs. Huck on the board for a threeyear term. Comm. Kefover moved to approve. Comm. Heimel seconded. Morley yes; Heimel yes; Kefover yes.
Appointment of Gail Allen to the Potter County Human Services Advisory Board for a term of Aug. 1, 2011 through July 31, 2013. Comm. Kefover moved to approve. Comm. Heimel seconded. Morley yes; Heimel yes; Kefover yes.
CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS
Hardware Upgrade - Dominion Voting for the Assure 1.2 program for the 73 county voting machines, at a cost of $9,045.24. Software installation will be handled in-house. Comm. Heimel moved to approve, retroactive to July 26, 2011. Comm. Kefover seconded. Morley yes; Heimel yes; Kefover yes.
Hardware Maintenance Agreement with Dominion Voting Systems Inc. for renewal of agreement for preventative maintenance and repairs as needed, June 1, 2011 through May 31, 2013, at a cost of $6,935.
