EVACUATIONS:
Volunteer Evacuations are currently taking place in Austin Borough, Coudersport Borough, Roulette Twp, Genesee Twp, Bingham Township and Christ Episcopal Church in Coudersport. Residents are being evacuated to their local shelters (see below)

Roulette Twp – B & C Lane – 4 were evacuated

THE NATL WEATHER SVC IN STATE COLLEGE HAS CANCELLED THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY.
WHILE LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS & FLURRIES WILL CONTINUE FOR MOST OF THE NIGHT.ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN AN INCH OR TWO FOR THE REGION. THE AREA MOST LIKELY TO SEE THAT ADDITIONAL INCH OR TWO WILL BE THE WEST-FACING SLOPES OF THE LAUREL MTNS IN SOMERSET & CAMBRIA COUNTIES.
CONTINUE TO USE CAUTION WHEN DRIVING TONIGHT.AS ANY PREVIOUSLY WET ROADWAYS COULD BE ICY.
INITIAL DAMAGE ASSESSMENT:
Municipalities are reminded to log and record any municipal road damages and expenses Initial Damage Reports are due to Potter County EOC by 2 pm Thursday, December 2nd
COUNTY GOVERNMENT PRIORITIES:
o Provide support to local municipal governments and emergency services.
o Provide current and accurate disaster information and recommendations to the public.
o Coordinate damage assessments in declared municipalities impacted by this event.
o Coordinate protective measures for potential evacuations due to loss of critical infrastructure.
