Jake A. Taylor Seeks To Be Your Hebron Township Supervisor

Jake A. Taylor is seeking the position of Township Supervisor, Hebron Township, Potter County.

1997 Graduate of Oswayo Valley High School, 2001 Graduate of Mansfield University, B.S., Bachelor’s of Science, Business Administration.

2002-2006 U.S. Army, 1st Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, Special Opertaions Command.

I am currently employed with Tennessee Gas Pipeline, where for the past five years I have worked as a technician and administrator.
I have been very active within the township for the past several months. I have regularly attended and added input to township meetings and have been attending all of the counties Natural Gas Task Force meetings, as well as meetings held within the county by representatives from the Penn State Cooperative Extension.

I believe it will be very important for the next township supervisor to be well informed and educated on the issues that will impact our township in the future. In the years ahead, our township will be home to the rapid development of natural gas and its supporting infrastructure. As our state legislators work to finalize “impact fees” or “severance taxes”, which the local municipality or township will receive the bulk of, it will be paramount for township officials to allocate and spend those monies in a way that will best benefit our township. In addition, I believe it is important to more aggressively pursue grant money and programs that would allow the township to better maintain its almost 40 mile road system. I believe that I possess the educational background and experience to best address these concerns and would greatly appreciate your support this Tuesday.

Please vote in the Primary, Tuesday May 17th, at the Hebron Township Building.

Republican voters will find Jake A. Taylor on the ballot as the second selection for Supervisor.
