· CONFIRMATION OF AUTHORIZATION
The Compliance Department at CS McKee wishes to confirm their authorizations to perform the following on behalf of the Potter County Employees’ Retirement Fund:
- Vote Proxies
- Submit Corporate Actions
- File Class Actions
· FUNDS TRANSFER PROCEDURAL CHANGE
The current procedure for transferring retirement funds in increments of $250,000.00 from the holding account at Citizens & Northern Bank to Wachovia for investment by CS McKee is triggered when the holding fund reaches $500,000.00.
The board proposes to lower this amount to $300,000.00, contingent on there being sufficient funds to cover retirement benefits due.
